About the position

The Brand Marketing Manager at Lazarus Naturals is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand growth and visibility for both Lazarus Naturals and Cycling Frog. This role involves collaborating with various teams to create impactful marketing campaigns, manage events, and ensure brand consistency across all channels. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and strategic thinker, capable of driving initiatives that foster product trial and brand awareness while maintaining organizational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Director of Brand Marketing in developing seasonal, evergreen and product brand campaigns from concept ideation to campaign execution across channels.
  • Create and manage strategic briefs, partnering with Creative Services on briefing in creative needs, collecting input and feedback from key channel stakeholders, and overseeing rollout across wholesale and direct-to-consumer business units.
  • Ensure achievement of key milestones leading up to and throughout a campaign or product launch through various communication channels including project management tools, campaign readiness meetings, and creative reviews.
  • Lead Field and Experiential Marketing activations, including researching, proposing, and planning opportunities, managing event execution, and creating post-event reports.
  • Drive and attend local events, charitable outreach, and other in-person partnerships that support the brands' presence in relevant local communities.
  • Own merchandise programs across brands, working closely with the Director of Brand Marketing on concepts, pricing research, and facilitating orders.
  • Build impactful co-branding/partnership opportunities with other brands to create awareness and reach target audiences.
  • Partner closely with B2B on trade marketing efforts to ensure timely delivery of collateral and materials.
  • Serve as a guardian for the brand, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and positioning across channels.
  • Contribute monthly brand marketing topics for internal communications and manage the rollout of press initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in an agency or in-house marketing department.
  • CPG industry experience preferred.
  • Proficient at organizing and executing events and field marketing activations.
  • Advanced understanding of creating strategic and creative marketing briefs.
  • Strong people skills with the ability to nurture professional relationships with vendors and partners.
  • Professional and personable communication style, able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-starter with solid project management and multitasking skills; keen eye for detail is a must.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-focused environment.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and Google Suite.
  • Project management experience using tools like Asana.
