About the position

The Brand Marketing Manager at StudyGateway will play a crucial role in driving growth and enhancing user engagement through strategic marketing initiatives. This position involves collaboration with various in-house marketing teams and cross-functional teams at HarperCollins Christian Publishing, focusing on innovative campaign execution and data-driven decision-making to support the company's mission and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Partner in the creation and execution of marketing strategies that drive growth, enhance user engagement, and support retention.
  • Lead and implement innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Oversee day-to-day marketing tasks, coordinating with team members to ensure projects are executed efficiently and on schedule.
  • Work with the creative team on the development of multi-channel marketing initiatives, transforming ideas into compelling stories and visuals.
  • Use analytics and data insights to guide decision-making and fine-tune campaigns for performance and ROI.
  • Define, monitor, and report on KPIs to assess the success of marketing strategies, offering strategic recommendations for ongoing improvements.
  • Craft engaging copy for various channels, including website content, email marketing, social media, and promotional materials.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to understand subscriber feedback, addressing issues, and improving the overall customer experience.
  • Assist with platform operations, including content updates, user interface optimizations, and troubleshooting technical issues.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, or a similar field.
  • Strong familiarity with digital marketing tools, content management systems, and platform operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, English, communications, digital media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience collaborating with various teams in a dynamic, digital-first environment.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong customer-focused mindset, with the ability to think about the customer journey and experience.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics platforms, particularly in Google Analytics 4.
