About the position

The Brand Marketing Manager at Therma-Tru is responsible for driving interest and demand for the company's Outdoors products and services. This role involves developing and executing brand strategies that align with the company's vision and goals, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across various channels, and monitoring brand performance metrics to optimize strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's goals.
• Conduct brand market research and consumer insights to identify opportunities and develop brand strategy.
• Strategize with the Brand Communications team to create and implement integrated marketing campaigns, including advertising and digital marketing.
• Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns that highlight sustainability initiatives.
• Engage with external partners/vendors for key content development projects.
• Ensure creative direction given to agencies aligns with the brand message.
• Maintain brand guidelines and standards for consistency across all touchpoints.
• Monitor and review brand performance metrics and market trends to evaluate effectiveness of brand strategies.
• Identify areas for improvement and propose recommendations to optimize brand presence and consumer engagement.
• Assist in planning and management of the Brand Development budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Brand Management, or Communications preferred.
• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the building materials or consumer products/retail industry.
• Knowledge in developing and writing multi-channel content including social media and digital content management.
