About the position

The Brand Marketing Manager will lead the marketing efforts for two associated companies in the home services sector. This part-time role focuses on developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that enhances brand presence across digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate will be a creative and strategic thinker, responsible for driving growth, engagement, and brand awareness through collaboration with various departments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the creation of compelling digital content, including blogs and social media, to drive brand awareness.
  • Oversee the editorial content calendar to ensure consistent and timely content distribution across all platforms.
  • Maintain and update the various brand websites to reflect current products and services, brand voice, and user experience best practices.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to plan, develop, and execute monthly marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and execute a strategic social media plan to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Design, build, and manage targeted email marketing campaigns that communicate sales focuses, promotions, and company updates.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Create and design high-quality sales materials, including brochures, catalogs, and presentations.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the home services, construction, or related industry.
  • Proven experience managing digital content creation, website upkeep, and social media strategy.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced visual design skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Canva design software, Adobe Suite a plus, social media management tools, and analytics platforms.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Powerpoint (1 year preferred).
