About the position

As a Brand Marketing Manager for Lingo, Abbott's rapidly growing consumer biowearables division, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and managing marketing and advertising campaigns to build Lingo's presence in the market. You will educate our target consumer on who we are and the extensive benefits of our products in unique, engaging, and impactful ways. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing fully integrated go-to-market (GTM) plans to drive brand awareness, consideration, and ultimately product adoption. You will collaborate with internal and external partners to create powerful, 360-degree marketing campaigns that power the brand. Additionally, you will lead the execution of brand activations and partnerships in key markets, partnering with our research team to identify key consumer insights and turn them into compelling marketing executions. You will also create opportunities for the brand to have a purpose within cultural moments and ensure all brand activity aligns with fulfilling the brand vision for Lingo. Analyzing everything you create to understand impact and identify unmet opportunities will be a key part of your role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute fully integrated GTM plans to drive brand awareness, consideration, and product adoption.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Minimum 7 years experience in-house, consumer marketing.
  • Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to use different channels for maximum impact.
  • Experience leading go-to-market strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills to drive internal and external collaboration.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Customer obsession with a deep curiosity about target audience preferences.
  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with attention to detail.
