About the position

The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and executing innovative marketing campaigns in the gaming and entertainment industry. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to manage multiple projects, collaborate with various teams, and optimize marketing strategies based on data-driven insights. The position is based in San Francisco, CA, and involves a hybrid work model with three days in the office each week.

Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for marketing campaigns in North and South America.
  • Manage multiple marketing projects from strategy to launch, utilizing data analytics to inform strategies.
  • Collaborate across teams to provide leadership and support to various departments including sales, public relations, and media.
  • Produce integrated media plans across digital, social, influencer, and broadcast channels.
  • Manage creative agencies to deliver marketing assets such as key art and online banners.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Deliver engaging experiences at trade show events and serve as a media spokesperson for products.
  • Manage marketing budgets and report campaign performance to leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in the gaming or entertainment industry.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience working across various departments.
  • Proficiency in managing marketing budgets and optimizing spend.
  • Ability to oversee the production of marketing assets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
