About the position

The Brand Marketing Manager at Italic is responsible for coordinating and executing diverse marketing campaigns to enhance brand presence and drive growth. This role involves managing marketing strategies, budgets, and projects across various channels, while also analyzing performance data to optimize marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors to ensure cohesive marketing initiatives that align with Italic's premium brand positioning.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute marketing strategies under the guidance of the marketing lead.
  • Assist in developing and managing marketing budgets, focusing on maximizing ROI for the DTC model.
  • Support the creation and implementation of marketing plans for new product launches and seasonal campaigns.
  • Manage marketing projects across various channels, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing materials and campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with the product team to accurately represent high-quality goods in marketing efforts.
  • Monitor, track, and analyze marketing performance data, generating reports on key metrics.
  • Support market research efforts, including trend analysis and competitive intelligence.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and internal departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Assist in planning and managing events, including virtual and live events, webinars, and potential pop-up shops.
  • Liaise with manufacturing partners to gather product information for marketing use.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in e-commerce or DTC brands.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software (CRM tools, analytics platforms, Google AdWords, Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms).
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and social media management tools.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to craft compelling narratives around luxury products.
  • Keen eye for design and aesthetics, aligning with Italic's premium brand image.
  • Collaborative team player committed to driving Italic's growth.
