About the position

The Brand Marketing Manager (BMM) is responsible for leading regional marketing efforts to enhance sales and product consumption while fostering brand loyalty. This role involves developing localized marketing strategies based on consumer insights and guiding a team of specialists to execute these plans effectively, ensuring alignment with national and global brand strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead regional marketing initiatives to drive sales and product consumption.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive local marketing plan to increase brand awareness.
  • Leverage national programming to boost sales in regional retail accounts.
  • Create custom retail programming in collaboration with Key Accounts and Product Marketing teams.
  • Oversee regional sampling and collegiate marketing programs to engage consumers.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to optimize brand initiatives.
  • Ensure local marketing efforts align with national and global strategies.
  • Develop measurable marketing objectives for the region.
  • Execute event barters and custom programs in partnership with Sales teams.
  • Lead regional product launches and cross-functional planning.

Requirements

  • Project management experience from ideation to execution.
  • Experience in presenting and facilitating trainings and meetings.
  • Ability to work successfully in collaborative and creative environments.
  • Collegiate marketing and sampling experience is a plus.
