About the position

The Brand Marketing Manager at RealClean is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness and market share for the franchise. This role requires a data-driven approach to marketing, leveraging insights to drive growth and innovation in the aviation cleaning industry. The manager will oversee campaign management, market research, content development, and budget management while mentoring franchise partners to optimize their marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor a comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and market share.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to drive growth and innovation.
  • Oversee the execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns, focusing on traditional marketing channels.
  • Report on the performance of marketing initiatives and continuously improve outcomes against established goals.
  • Develop high-quality digital and print materials optimized for target audiences and aligned with market trends.
  • Guide Franchise Partners in optimizing their marketing strategies for growth and success.
  • Strategize and guide Franchise Partners in allocating their marketing budget for optimal impact and ROI.
  • Create data-driven marketing strategies in collaboration with Franchisees and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of proven marketing expertise, with the ability to independently manage campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Strong communication skills to convey technical marketing concepts to small groups and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of current marketing tools and strategies, with hands-on experience leading integrated campaigns.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and analytics.
  • Excellent analytical skills to forecast trends and provide data-driven insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a Franchise System (3 years preferred).
