About the position

The Brand Marketing Manager at GT's Living Foods is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that enhance brand affinity, drive awareness, and build consumer loyalty. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic insight, and operational excellence to propel the company's brands into their next phase of growth. The manager will oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns and collaborate with various teams to strengthen market positioning and drive product innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize brand strategies to enhance brand affinity, drive awareness, and build consumer loyalty and advocacy.
  • Oversee the creation of brand positioning and messaging frameworks, ensuring clarity and consistent communication across the organization.
  • Lead the development and execution of innovative campaigns, ensuring cohesive execution across all touchpoints.
  • Manage the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, encompassing Paid, Earned, Shared, and Owned media.
  • Drive product innovation by developing and executing go-to-market launch strategies that generate excitement and visibility for new products.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Creative, Finance, and Operations teams to develop customer programs, brand communication plans, and sales tools that increase sales and strengthen market positioning.
  • Monitor business and campaign performance, report key metrics and insights to senior leadership, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Utilize market research and consumer insights to inform strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Lead team development, fostering a high-performance culture and elevating the quality and effectiveness of work across the organization.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, promote best practices, and implement changes to enhance team performance.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of brand management in multi-channel marketing within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG); 5+ years in a team management role.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proficient in syndicated data analysis, with preference for experience using IRI, SPINS, or ACNielsen.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on building and developing high-performing teams and driving results through others.
  • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in health & wellness or food & beverage sectors.
  • Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and extract actionable insights.
  • In-depth understanding of packaging, advertising, promotions, shopper marketing, and the brick-and-mortar retail landscape.
