About the position

The Brand Marketing Manager at TurnPoint Services is responsible for leading and executing B2C marketing strategies for a portfolio of brands. This role involves collaborating with marketing leadership and stakeholders to develop and implement marketing plans that drive growth and enhance brand performance. The manager will utilize their knowledge of the marketplace and marketing best practices to generate demand, analyze performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and oversee B2C marketing efforts for assigned brands.
• Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns.
• Generate and capture market demand through strategic initiatives.
• Communicate marketing strategies and their impact on brand performance.
• Energize cross-selling and product mix to grow the customer base.
• Increase yield and ROI of marketing investments.
• Evaluate business opportunities and recommend marketing approaches.
• Report on metrics and apply findings to future marketing endeavors.
• Drive results to achieve or exceed marketing performance benchmarks.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of related experience in brand marketing.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Comprehensive knowledge of digital and traditional marketing channels in the B2C sector.
• In-depth understanding of the plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services industry.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Google Ads and other digital marketing tools.
• Familiarity with project planning and agency collaboration.
