About the position

The Brand Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing brand recognition and customer loyalty through the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies. This position involves managing marketing programs, corporate communications, and collaborating with the sales team to drive business development. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity and originality while overseeing various marketing campaigns and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand marketing strategies to enhance brand recognition and customer loyalty.
  • Define advertisement, content ideas and other creative ways to strengthen Howell's brand identity.
  • Manage the creation and delivery of compelling marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance and consumer insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate all creative and administrative resources in facilitating the annual marketing plan for the company within a specified budget.
  • Maintain and update content for the company's social media accounts to engage with the target audience and provide feedback to management on account/market activity.
  • Coordinate all logistical requirements for trade shows and maintain an annual trade show budget.
  • Lead efforts in developing promotional materials including marketing collateral and print copies.
  • Coordinate and assist in external/internal communications and systems including mass e-mails, presentations, speech writing, corporate events, etc.
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Ensure cohesion, clarity of brand messaging, and consistency in marketing collateral across all mediums.
  • Foster positive corporate image through all marketing efforts.
  • Stay current with marketing trends and technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of developments in brand marketing.
  • Review competitor data and company reviews to gauge the public perception of their company versus competing corporations and products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing, market research, and brand management.
  • Must possess the skill to effectively organize, assemble, and arrange resources to meet organizational goals.
  • Creative mindset that enables you to see Howell through the eyes of our customer.
  • Familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud such as InDesign and/or Illustrator.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to lead subject matter experts and contractors in developing a high degree of originality and creativity in marketing projects.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
