About the position

The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing and business plans for one or more restaurant concepts. This role involves strategic planning, collaboration with various departments, and managing marketing programs across multiple media channels to achieve company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team in strategic planning and execution of marketing programs including TV, Radio, newspaper, direct mail, email, collateral, digital, social, Local Store Marketing, and website.
  • Establish relationships in the community with Senior VP of Operations, VP of Operations, Regional Directors/Managers, and GMs to deliver company goals.
  • Assist in the development of calendar promotions and menu evaluation and testing.
  • Collaborate with department heads such as Purchasing, Training, IT, and Culinary to develop action plans for quarterly promotions.
  • Manage the creative process with vendors and agencies from inception to final implementation, including production and photo-shoots for TV and print.
  • Execute all promotions and special holiday promotions using various media including print, broadcast, outdoor, and internal collateral pieces.
  • Negotiate media contracts for print, outdoor, photography, videography, and other media to enhance value while controlling costs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of marketing experience.
  • Basic knowledge of media buying, including print, broadcast (TV, Radio & Cable), digital, outdoor, transit, social media, and direct mail.
