The manager will also evaluate the company's products, comparing them to past, current, and future offerings from competitors, and will be responsible for presenting actionable recommendations based on this research. Additionally, the Brand Marketing Manager will identify and address critical branding issues that may arise, ensuring that the brand remains strong and relevant in the market. This position requires a blend of analytical skills, creativity, and strategic thinking to effectively manage and enhance the brand's presence in the marketplace.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Factors, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant working experience in brand marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience working on global brands, particularly in consumer packaged goods.
  • Strong understanding of consumer insights and data analysis.
  • Experience leading brand campaigns, media, and measurement.
