About the position

The Brand Marketing Manager at Spigot will lead and manage all corporate marketing initiatives on a global scale. This role is pivotal in designing, creating, and executing the marketing strategy while effectively communicating Spigot's mission and values. The manager will collaborate with product marketing teams and the C-level executive team to enhance brand identity and drive product growth through various marketing channels.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership in Marketing Strategy, SEO, Branding, Positioning, Storytelling, Creative/Design, Social Media, Digital Assets and Promotion.
  • Produce valuable content for the company's online and offline presence, lead editorial design, and create and manage all corporate marketing assets.
  • Influence and develop brand identity and category design, and drive it home through public relations, social marketing, and campaigns.
  • Partner with external agencies and oversee those relationships to gain efficiencies and better visibility for both company profile and product growth.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and users in order to position individual Spigot brands most effectively in the marketplace.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with a focus on Marketing or related disciplines required; MBA preferred.
  • 6+ years of marketing experience at leading technology companies and growth-focused businesses, working within an entrepreneurial environment; consumer-focused mobile and desktop application and adtech experience ideal.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience, preferably building and leading a team from the ground up, and success collaborating across multiple product teams.
  • Experience and understanding of paid user acquisition helpful.
  • Track record of building effective brands and storytelling across multiple mediums and channels, particularly digital.
  • SEO experience with demonstrated results required.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to communicate and influence effectively both internally and externally.
  • Experience partnering with external organizations to lead complicated marketing projects.
  • Creative and coherent ability to develop high-quality presentations and pitch decks.
