About the position

The Brand Marketing Manager at Gibson Homewares is responsible for developing and articulating compelling brand narratives, managing relationships with brand licensors, and overseeing product merchandising strategies. This role focuses on enhancing the brand experience through effective storytelling, digital marketing initiatives, and coordination of ecommerce launches, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and target audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and articulate compelling brand narratives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Act as a primary point of contact between the company and brand licensors, fostering strong brand understanding and developing excellent partnerships.
  • Coordinate efficient and relevant product approvals and ensure two-way communication with licensors.
  • Develop and monitor product assortment and merchandising strategies that align with brand guidelines and drive consumer sales.
  • Ensure packaging and all content resonate with target audiences and enhance the overall brand experience.
  • Manage brand-specific ecommerce launches and digital assets with cross-functional teams to maximize digital merchandising for online products.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of social media content to complement ecommerce initiatives, ensuring a cohesive online brand presence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing.
  • Branding and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) marketing experience.
  • Compelling written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills.
  • Computer proficiency required, including MS Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Confident, self-motivated, willing to learn, and ready to make a difference.
