Heyday is seeking a creative and strategic Brand Marketing Manager to lead our brand marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, drive customer engagement, and support our business objectives at both the national and local level. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to craft compelling narratives, manage brand campaigns, and analyze performance to ensure Heyday Skincare remains at the forefront of the skincare industry. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and based in New York City, this is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a growing organization in a rapidly evolving industry. As the Brand Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute a cohesive marketing strategy that aligns with Heyday's brand vision, values, and business objectives. You will plan, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, influencer partnerships, and traditional media. Tracking performance metrics and optimizing campaigns for maximum impact will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will oversee the creation of engaging and on-brand content for various platforms, including social media, website, email newsletters, and in-shop promotional materials, working with creative teams to develop compelling visuals and copy. Conducting market research and analyzing consumer trends to identify opportunities and challenges will be essential. You will use insights to inform marketing strategies and product positioning. Building and nurturing relationships with key partners, local shops, influencers, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility and credibility will also be part of your role. You will manage collaborations and promotional activities, monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, and prepare regular reports to present findings to senior management. Working closely with internal teams, including creative, finance, operations, and customer service, will ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives. Additionally, you will work closely with our Franchise Partners to assure the marketing needs are met across all shops, ensuring brand deliverables and timings are met.
