About the position

The Brand Marketing Manager at 24 Hour Fitness is responsible for activating brand partnerships to enhance brand affinity, reach new audiences, and deliver distinctive member experiences. This role involves managing partnerships, overseeing marketing programs, and ensuring effective execution of sponsorships to support the company's mission of promoting health and wellness in local communities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day partnership management efforts including partner relationship management and marketing programs.
  • Play a key leadership role in brainstorming, creating, and executing partnerships, programs, and events.
  • Identify, plan, organize, and manage multiple projects to build partnerships and promote brand awareness.
  • Ensure each contract's opportunities are maximized based on detailed knowledge of each contract and partner's priorities.
  • Write briefs to establish project strategy, objectives, and tactics with internal functional leaders.
  • Provide comprehensive recap reports at the conclusion of each campaign, identifying key learnings and opportunities.
  • Initiate and maintain positive relationships with project stakeholders to facilitate project activities.
  • Manage and complete projects per the plan specifications, on schedule and within budget.
  • Drive communication and creative strategies for partnerships.
  • Work with the brand marketing team to develop campaigns for key audiences.
  • Provide thought leadership on best practices related to brand guidelines and management strategies.
  • Plan and execute messaging inside the club to maximize branding and consumer communication.
  • Test and develop innovative ways to communicate with members and prospects.
  • Provide analysis to measure and improve marketing program effectiveness.
  • Manage design and production of marketing collateral and tools.
  • Develop creative briefs to establish project objectives and identify deliverables.
  • Lead kick-off of creative projects and manage communication and assets.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of marketing, partnerships, and brand marketing.
  • Excellent project management skills and acute attention to details.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively to focus on impactful issues.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and agency partners.
  • Experience managing the creative development process from concept to implementation.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand or partnership marketing management.
  • Experience working with 3rd party vendors.
  • Marketing experience in the Retail, Fitness, and/or Service fields.

Nice-to-haves

  • Demonstrated ability to interpret consumer trends and implement actionable marketing programs.
  • Experience in tracking and driving implications from industry and competitive trends.
