About the position

We are seeking a talented individual to join our small but dynamic sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate demonstrates a high degree of originality and creativity. The Brand Marketing Manager will manage new and established overall marketing programs and corporate communications and partner with Sales & Marketing to facilitate business development through marketing and client programs. This role is crucial in developing and executing brand marketing strategies to enhance brand recognition and customer loyalty. The Brand Marketing Manager will define advertisement and content ideas, and explore other creative ways to strengthen Howell's brand identity. In this position, you will manage the creation and delivery of compelling marketing campaigns across various channels. Analyzing campaign performance and consumer insights will be essential to optimize future marketing efforts. Working within a specified budget, you will coordinate all creative and administrative resources in facilitating the annual marketing plan for the company. Additionally, you will maintain and update content for the company's social media accounts to engage with the target audience and provide feedback to management on account and market activity. You will also coordinate all logistical requirements for trade shows and maintain an annual trade show budget. Leading efforts in developing promotional materials, including marketing collateral and print copies, will be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will coordinate and assist in external and internal communications and systems, including mass e-mails, presentations, speech writing, and corporate events. Conducting market research to understand consumer behavior, trends, and competitive landscapes will be vital. Ensuring cohesion, clarity of brand messaging, and consistency in marketing collateral across all mediums is expected. You will foster a positive corporate image through all marketing efforts and stay current with marketing trends and technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of developments in brand marketing. Lastly, reviewing competitor data and company reviews to gauge public perception of the company versus competing corporations and products will be part of your duties.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing, market research, and brand management.
  • Must possess the skill to effectively organize, assemble, and arrange resources to meet organizational goals.
  • Creative mindset that enables you to see Howell through the eyes of our customer.
  • Familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud such as InDesign and/or Illustrator.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to lead subject matter experts and contractors in developing a high degree of originality and creativity in marketing projects.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
