About the position

Prime Roots is seeking a Brand Marketing Manager. In this role, you'll be a part of the strategy and own the execution and implementation of Prime Root's consumer and trade marketing plans. You must identify as someone who knows what good looks like, and you will also be required to be able to use a data driven approach to iterating and growing the brand. You are not afraid to roll your sleeves up to execute to bring the brand to life- whether it be in writing copy, creating materials, going into stores to support our partners, talking to consumers - all facets of marketing interest you and you are looking to make a meaningful contribution to a growing innovative food startup.

Responsibilities

  • Create, tell, and amplify stories that will build Prime Roots brand within B2C and B2B audiences.
  • Own the Owned and Earned media and marketing channel at Prime Roots, and support and lead some initiatives within Paid marketing channels.
  • Develop and implement across all facets of marketing at Prime Roots, acting as the one stop shop for all things marketing.
  • Develop and grow Prime Roots community of consumers and nurture relationships through loyalty programs and other initiatives.
  • Be responsible for in-store merchandising and brand look and feel across all channels and accounts, iterating this periodically, including product marketing.
  • Manage all brand content and digital strategy.
  • Bring Prime Roots marketing calendar to life across all channels.
  • Interface and execute with retail and food service partners on collaborations and marketing needs.
  • Be the central control for all things brand copy and brand design needs.
  • Support all marketing initiatives across public relations, paid, advertising, events, experiential, and other areas of marketing.
  • Run experiments and collect and analyze data to evaluate effectiveness of campaigns and collateral.

Requirements

  • Experience with brand storytelling and comfortable with end-to-end execution of marketing strategies.
  • Strong data-driven approach to marketing and brand growth.
  • Ability to execute marketing plans across various channels and initiatives.
