About the position

The Brand Marketing Project Manager at Ralph Lauren will collaborate closely with the Head of Brand Marketing and leadership to manage key marketing campaigns, ensuring efficiency and timeliness. This role is pivotal in driving brand initiatives to completion while overseeing and optimizing departmental processes for operational excellence. The project manager will facilitate cross-functional planning and collaboration across various brand teams, ensuring connectivity across all marketing channels and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the workflow for key marketing campaigns as defined by the consumer calendar.
  • Oversee weekly planning and long-range forecasting, navigating risks and providing solutions.
  • Manage status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, partners, and leadership throughout all project phases.
  • Monitor, track, and control outcomes to resolve issues and conflicts.
  • Deliver executive-level communication tailored to the audience's needs.
  • Drive project processes, manage stakeholders, and adhere to delivery timelines.
  • Evaluate project and process performance post-completion, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide administrative support for the development of presentations and meetings.

Requirements

  • Experience in project management within a creative agency or in-house marketing team environment.
  • Ability to evaluate projects constructively and provide creative solutions.
  • Excellent organizational, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Collaborative, customer-focused, and motivated with effective delegation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote.
