About the position

We are currently seeking a creative Senior Manager of Brand Marketing to join our dynamic marketing team in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. This position is an onsite position. You'd be responsible for developing and managing comprehensive communications programs, and plays a pivotal role in implementing integrated marketing communications plans that drive business segments. This role is crucial for leading marketing strategy and execution for LG's largest home appliance category. Responsibilities

  • Develop communication strategies for each major product sub segment; prioritize message points for each sub segment, and prioritize sub segment communication across entire business unit.
  • Implement integrated marketing plans to drive business segment results and extend core communication strategies across all elements of marketing mix, including advertising, online, in-store, PR and consumer activation/promotional platforms.
  • Work closely with cross-functional integrated marketing team for business segment, including key Product Management counterparts, HQ personnel and functional personnel across In-Store Marketing, Digital Marketing, PR, Consumer Activation/Sponsorship functional areas.
  • Handle day-to-day tasks in development of best-in-class product launch and promotion programs.
  • Develop annual communications plan (and adjustments throughout calendar year as necessary).
  • Develop, report on and manage to annual as well as project budgets.

Requirements

  • An Undergraduate Degree is Required.
  • An MBA is desired.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in consumer marketing or closely related field.
  • Experience in traditional brand management function strongly desired.
  • Industry experience may vary from consumer durable goods to consumer luxury goods.
  • Up to 25% travel as needed.
