About the position

The Senior Manager of Brand Marketing at LG Electronics is responsible for developing and managing comprehensive communications programs that drive business segments. This role plays a pivotal part in implementing integrated marketing communications plans, focusing on creating effective communication strategies for various product sub-segments. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and promotions, while also managing budgets and reporting on marketing effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage comprehensive communications programs for brand marketing.
  • Implement integrated marketing plans to drive business segment results.
  • Develop communication strategies for each major product sub-segment.
  • Prioritize message points for each sub-segment across the business unit.
  • Work closely with cross-functional integrated marketing teams, including Product Management and Digital Marketing.
  • Handle day-to-day tasks in the development of product launch and promotion programs.
  • Develop and manage annual communications plans and budgets.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate Degree is required; MBA is desired.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in consumer marketing or a closely related field.
  • Experience in traditional brand management functions is strongly desired.
  • Industry experience may vary from consumer durable goods to consumer luxury goods.
