The position involves developing and implementing integrated loyalty marketing plans that align with the company's strategic goals. The successful candidate will work closely with marketing teammates, internal departments, and agency partners to establish a comprehensive loyalty marketing strategy while ensuring that all tactics remain within budget constraints. As the launch lead for loyalty tactical execution, the individual will be responsible for identifying sell-in opportunities and ensuring that all promotional materials are aligned with the Brand/Portfolio team. This includes creating professional marketing materials such as sales collateral, B2B/B2C communications, in-office promotional materials, and an annual promotional calendar for Portfolio/Loyalty campaigns. The role requires the creation of promotional plans and tactics that not only differentiate Merz's loyalty offerings but also drive growth in the market. The candidate will collaborate with the Veeva Vault coordinator to ensure that all promotional activities undergo the necessary oversight from the Promotional Review Committee. Additionally, the individual will oversee the production process and manage the rollout of materials to stakeholders. A key responsibility will be leading the strategic field implementation plan to ensure that internal stakeholders are adequately prepared for launches, including positioning, messaging, and competitive comparisons. Monitoring industry trends and competitive programs is crucial, as the candidate will regularly share insights and best practices with the team. This includes preparing and scheduling briefings on relevant consumer and cultural trends that may impact members and customers. The ability to synthesize data and derive actionable insights is essential for driving program development strategy. The candidate will partner closely with CRM and digital engagement teams to build content that resonates with the target audience, utilizing test-and-learn methodologies. They will also be responsible for launching finished materials for sales and other stakeholders, ensuring consistent usage across various online portals and internal communications. Tracking and reporting material usage, as well as managing inventory, will be part of the role. Support for the Director of Loyalty in strategic initiatives, including system development and launch activities, is expected. Active communication with the Director will involve problem-solving, project updates, and regular one-on-ones. Collaboration with Customer Success, Brand Marketing, HCP Education, and Internal training teams is necessary to ensure proactive learning and sharing of materials. A solid understanding of digital platforms, including loyalty, CRM, and marketing automation, is required to gather business requirements for successful execution. The ideal candidate will possess a solution-centric mindset, strong digital development management skills, and the ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects effectively. Excellent communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities, are essential for success in this role.
