About the position

We are seeking a dynamic Brand Marketing & Social Media Manager to join our Marketing/Communications team. This creator-centric role supports the entire business and will drive brand development initiatives, from brand identity to social media. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in integrated marketing, brand development, social media strategy, writing and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks at once, experience leading cross-functional projects, and a passion for crafting compelling narratives. This role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to advance Passes' business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop all brand materials (e.g., brand guidelines, social media guidelines, etc).
  • Design and execute digital marketing campaigns, paid media, and OOH campaigns.
  • Manage our social media channels, including presence, generating a unique social presence in collaboration with interns, creators, and other Passes teammates.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive brand calendar incorporating initiatives from across the business, ensuring all marketing activities align with broader business objectives.
  • Work closely with the Creator Success and Creator Acquisition teams to ensure brand alignment and proper execution of all creator-centric activities.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that support Passes’ brand equity.
  • Work closely with all departments to track key performance metrics and increase creator earnings.
  • Provide timely reporting and analysis on all campaign initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a professional environment with direct experience in brand management, brand marketing, digital marketing, integrated marketing, and/or related fields.
  • Deep understanding of social media, trends, and strategies for engagement.
  • Experience working with creative teams in a cross-functional capacity.
  • Exceptional writing skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment and pivot to support evolving business needs.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
