About the position

The Brand Marketing Specialist at HTI is a pivotal role responsible for shaping and managing the HTI brand's visual identity and voice. This position is integral to achieving the company's sales objectives through strategic marketing initiatives. The specialist will design, execute, and oversee various marketing strategies and campaigns aimed at driving traffic and engagement across multiple platforms. This includes creating campaign calendars, setting measurable goals, identifying target audiences, and selecting the most effective channels and tactics to reach these audiences. In addition to campaign management, the Brand Marketing Specialist will aid in the development and implementation of content across social media, websites, blogs, email marketing, and paid advertising. A key aspect of this role involves copywriting, which includes conducting keyword research, implementing SEO/SEM strategies, and analyzing data to assess content performance. Collaboration is essential, as the specialist will work closely with other marketing team members, the sales team, and various operating groups to ensure that all campaigns align with the overall goals of the company. Staying current with industry trends and best practices is crucial, and the specialist will be expected to pursue ongoing training and certifications related to creative processes and graphic design. This role also involves identifying new marketing channels and opportunities to enhance brand awareness and drive sales. Administrative duties may include managing promotional inventory and vendor relationships, ensuring that all project-based tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns to drive traffic and engagement
  • Creating campaign calendars, setting goals, identifying target audiences, and determining the appropriate channels and tactics to reach those audiences
  • Aiding in the creation and implementation of social media content, website & blog content, email marketing campaigns, and paid advertising
  • Copywriting (keyword research, analysis, implementation & SEO/SEM optimization)
  • Analyzing data and metrics to assess the performance of content
  • Collaborating regularly with other marketing team members, sales team & operating groups to ensure campaigns align with overall company goals
  • Staying current with training and certifications as it relates to the creative process and graphic design and adapting as necessary to ensure maximum advertising effectiveness
  • Identifying and targeting new marketing channels and opportunities to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Administrative and other project-based duties as assigned (could include promotional inventory management and general functions that are HTI branded)
  • Vendor management

Requirements

  • Proficient display of abilities in creative process and graphic design
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of brand concepts and marketing/advertising best practices in both print and digital contexts
  • Understanding of the principles and strategies within content marketing
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Knowledge of and ability to use proper grammar and punctuation in the composition of various marketing materials and reports
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Knowledge of and ability to use social media platforms
  • Ability to interact, communicate, influence and present ideas
  • Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
