As a Brand Marketing Specialist at Red Bull North America, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the local sampling and collegiate marketing efforts. Reporting directly to the Brand Marketing Manager (BMM), your primary focus will be to drive product trial, support sales, and cultivate brand loyalty through the Student Marketeer (SM) program and in-market initiatives. This position is integral to our marketing strategy, as you will coach and empower Student Marketeers to embody our global brand and effectively communicate the essence of Red Bull and its campaigns on college campuses and in local markets, thereby reaching new entry-point consumers. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing brand relevance and increasing product trial. You will collaborate closely with the Brand Marketing Manager to develop localized marketing plans that align with our overarching strategy. This includes managing local resources such as budgets, product allocations, and team hours to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives. Regular market visits will be essential for identifying opportunities and understanding consumer behavior, allowing you to adapt strategies accordingly. In addition to managing the Student Marketeer team, you will also be responsible for building strong relationships with internal sales and marketing teams to maximize the impact of our programs. Your role will involve supporting national and regional brand campaigns, including product launches and brand-building events, ensuring that all efforts are cohesive and aligned with Red Bull's mission and values.
