About the position

The Brand Marketing Strategist / Manager will play a crucial role in executing brand design marketing initiatives for a global leader in tech. This position involves collaboration with various teams and agencies to ensure consistent messaging and effective marketing campaigns. The role requires strong project management skills and a deep understanding of brand strategy and creative processes.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with agencies on executing brand design marketing initiatives
  • Support integrated communication plans and understand the marketing communication toolset
  • Collaborate closely with the team to scope, track, manage, and launch internal and external marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate efforts with global marketing and communication teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and audiences
  • Support Brand Marketing leadership in developing communications strategy and integrated marketing launch briefs
  • Partner with internal marketing teams to review and approve all branded elements for launch materials and advertising
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and standards across all campaign elements
  • Track new product launches and features, leveraging brand messages and identifying promotions
  • Own and drive the asset management and delivery process for smooth launches
  • Manage post-launch optimization processes with the integrated marketing team
  • Partner with Brand Marketing Finance to ensure timely updates of all projects in the system
  • Collaborate with Legal/Risk departments for review and approval of external marketing campaigns
  • Prepare progress, expenditure, and related reports as directed by management

Requirements

  • 5+ years of brand and creative marketing experience with a leading creative agency, top tier CPG, or tech/electronics company
  • Experience partnering and communicating with creative agencies
  • Strong project management and production experience
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, the creative process, and brand development
  • Presentation skills and ability to communicate with upper management
  • Ability to manage budgets
  • Bachelor's degree
