About the position

The Brand Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in executing brand design marketing initiatives for a global tech leader. This position involves collaborating with various teams and agencies to ensure consistent messaging and effective marketing campaigns. The role requires strong project management skills and a deep understanding of brand strategy, with a focus on delivering high-quality marketing assets that align with brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with agencies on executing brand design marketing initiatives
  • Support integrated communication plans and understand the marketing communication toolset
  • Collaborate closely with the team to scope, track, manage, and launch marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate efforts with global marketing and communication teams for consistent messaging
  • Assist Brand Marketing leadership in developing communications strategy and launch briefs
  • Partner with internal marketing teams to review and approve branded elements for launch materials
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines across all campaign elements
  • Track new product launches and features with product and retailer marketing
  • Manage the asset management and delivery process for smooth launches
  • Represent Brand Marketing in the post-launch optimization process
  • Ensure timely updates of projects in the system for accounting purposes
  • Partner with Legal/Risk departments for review and approval of marketing campaigns
  • Prepare progress and expenditure reports as directed by management

Requirements

  • 5+ years of brand and creative marketing experience with a leading creative agency, top tier CPG, or tech/electronics company
  • Experience partnering and communicating with creative agencies
  • Strong project management and production experience
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, the creative process, and brand development
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate with upper management
  • Ability to manage budgets
  • Bachelor's degree
