About the position

The Brand Partnership and Affiliate Marketing Manager at Mira will play a crucial role in expanding the company's network and enhancing offerings through strategic partnerships. This position involves managing existing relationships, developing new partnerships, and overseeing the integration and execution of partnership strategies, particularly in affiliate marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in partnership management within consumer products, particularly in wellness, beauty, or healthcare, and will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruiting of new affiliates and manage the onboarding process.
  • Liaise with existing affiliates to answer their questions and control partners' relevancy to the program.
  • Set and manage KPIs for affiliate marketing partners.
  • Research, develop, and nurture a pipeline of key partners and affiliates to contribute to growth targets.
  • Develop strategies for partnership growth and integration.
  • Work closely with marketing and business development teams to understand brand needs for potential partnerships.
  • Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management.
  • Oversee partnership performance and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Effectively pitch, negotiate, and secure high-value partnership agreements.
  • Create comprehensive business cases for potential partnerships and lead high-level negotiations.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership.
  • Manage the execution of co-marketing campaigns through cross-functional initiatives.
  • Develop and manage internal asset and budgeting documents for partnership status.
  • Forecast, measure, and report results of various projects with partners.
  • Pull research data for pre-sale strategy opportunities and post-campaign insights.
  • Evangelize partnership programs internally to all key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Understanding fundamentals of affiliate marketing.
  • Proficiency in data analysis to identify trends and optimize campaigns.
  • Strong desire to proactively execute partnerships and own a significant portion of company growth.
  • 3+ years of experience in consumer product marketing building partnerships.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and develop opportunities.
  • Extremely strong project management skills and experience.
  • Experience developing and negotiating partner contracts.
  • Master networker with the ability to build and cultivate relationships.
  • Experience in developing integrated marketing plans.
  • Ability to create, manage, and adhere to a budget.
  • Able to develop and move projects forward independently and autonomously.
