About the position

As the Brand Partnerships Manager for RL Marketing at Meta, you will play a pivotal role in leading marketing efforts to develop and execute strategic brand partnerships that enhance the amplification and adoption of RL products. This position is crucial for driving business growth through the cultivation and maintenance of relationships with both potential and existing partners. You will serve as the primary point of contact throughout the partnership lifecycle, from ideation to execution, ensuring that all initiatives align with the overarching business objectives of RL. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing brand partnerships, demonstrating exceptional communication skills with external partners as well as internal cross-functional teams. A proven track record in high-touch partner management is essential, as you will be responsible for delivering on both short-term and long-term goals. Your role will involve developing a comprehensive brand partnership strategy, identifying and securing strategic partnerships with key brands, agencies, and industry players, and fostering exemplary relationships with all current and future external partners and agencies. In addition, you will lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of partnerships, collaborating with product, marketing, and sales teams. You will negotiate and manage partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms and work closely with leadership to manage budgets for partnership initiatives. Staying informed about industry trends will be critical, as you will need to identify opportunities for innovative partnerships and ensure high-level execution that exceeds expectations for both partners and RL.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand partnership strategy aligned with RL business objectives.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure strategic partnerships with key brands, agencies, and industry players.
  • Foster and maintain exemplary relationships with all current and future external partners and agencies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful partnership execution, including product, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate partnerships into overall marketing strategies.
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Collaborate with leadership to manage budgets for partnership initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, identifying opportunities for innovative partnerships.
  • Ensure high level execution of partnership with a goal to over-deliver for both partner and RL.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent marketing experience
  • 10+ years experience in partnership marketing
  • 5+ years experience in a brand partnerships for consumer brands
  • 5+ years experience working on consumer technology brands/products/channels
