The analyst will also assess the marketing strategies of key peers in the healthcare sector, particularly children's hospitals, to inform and enhance their own strategies. Collaboration is key, as the analyst will work in partnership with colleagues in public relations, social media, digital engagement/web development, creative services, community outreach, and fundraising to ensure unified positioning and effective communications. The role also involves analyzing and evaluating the performance of marketing and brand preference strategies, recommending changes to optimize campaign performance. Routine reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) to client leadership is expected, along with maintaining a thorough knowledge of integrated brand marketing best practices, especially in healthcare.
