About the position

The Brand and Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and managing marketing strategies and materials for C3's cannabis products. This role focuses on identifying brand and product campaigns for retail and wholesale channels, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring successful product launches and market penetration.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a cohesive and consistent brand voice and image across all channels.
  • Gather and analyze consumer and wholesale buyer insights to inform product positioning and messaging.
  • Continuously assess market competition and identify areas for improvement and opportunity.
  • Help define product marketing communication objectives and ensure effective messaging across channels.
  • Collaborate with retail and wholesale operations teams to develop product marketing strategies.
  • Manage the marketing-side processes of bringing new products to market, including launch materials and training.
  • Leverage the marketing mix to create ongoing brand and product marketing programs.
  • Manage and allocate brand marketing budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Develop KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing product lines from conception through market launch.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product marketing strategies with a team.
  • Exceptional knowledge of the cannabis industry including compliance and marketing restrictions.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older and have reliable transportation.
