About the position

The Brand Production & Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing in-house projects for our client's Design and Creative teams. This position serves as the logistical liaison between the Brand Group and the client's International partners and external vendors. The coordinator is responsible for tracking and delivering creative assets and specifications between all parties, ensuring smooth handoffs on all special projects. This role is essential for facilitating the delivery of assets between the client and their Network, as well as managing all aspects of the international promo and creative needs. In addition to asset management, the coordinator will research and generate music cue sheets for promos being sent to the Network. They will create agendas and facilitate weekly meetings with the Network, providing updates on projects as needed for the group. The coordinator will also assign all design requests to the Brand Design team and act as a liaison between the Production & Operations and Design teams. Furthermore, they will manage the on-air lower third process, ensure versions are listed correctly in the database, and oversee job requests assigned to designers. The role also involves managing approvals and delivery, as well as liaising for out-of-house vendors regarding specifications, assets, and deliveries.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in cable or network television on-air promotion or marketing (experience in media not required)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle fast pace and high volume.
  • Capable of handling multiple projects with the ability to communicate at C-level.
  • Working knowledge of production and post-production procedures.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Must be able to creatively problem solve and communicate concepts and ideas clearly.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong collaborator and team player.
