About the position

The Brand Project Manager for Creative & Influencer Marketing is responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between various teams and external partners. This role focuses on overseeing budgets, timelines, and deliverables while facilitating feedback sessions to maintain creative standards. The position requires proactive management of internal and external communications to align with project strategies and timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project lifecycle from kickoff to completion.
  • Liaise between Creative, Influencer, Strategy, and Marketing teams, as well as external partners.
  • Oversee budgets, timelines, and deliverables across multiple channels.
  • Facilitate feedback sessions with creative leads and external partners.
  • Manage external communications to ensure alignment with project timelines and strategies.
  • Anticipate and address the needs of internal creative teams.
  • Coordinate internal and external teams to uphold efficient workflows.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management within creative or marketing environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various teams and partners.
  • Ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.
  • Experience in facilitating feedback sessions and managing creative standards.
