About the position

The Brand Project Manager will support naming initiatives across a consumer portfolio of hardware, software, solutions, and services products. This role is crucial for driving brand ideas and recommendations to foster growth and enhance the desirability of the consumer product brand portfolio. The position requires strong leadership, collaboration, project management, and communication skills, working closely with the Senior Brand Strategist.

Responsibilities

  • Track brand naming requests and ensure a streamlined process for confirmation, sharing, and assignments.
  • Maintain daily oversight of ClickUp data, ensuring all project information is accurately collected and stored.
  • Ensure teams adhere to naming guidelines in their requests.
  • Explore innovative ways to enhance team utilization of ClickUp.
  • Set clear understanding of when a new name is required.
  • Assist with naming creative development in partnership with brand strategists.
  • Develop effective presentations with creative naming frameworks, naming narratives, naming profiles, and competitive naming landscapes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing or brand strategy, either at a brand or naming agency or on the client side, primarily focused on brand naming and brand architecture.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Familiarity with ClickUp, SharePoint, and digital asset management systems preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • ClickUp certification is a plus.
