Responsibilities

• Drive revenue through exceptional guest service and relationship building.
• Provide product knowledge and maintain a clean, well-organized store environment.
• Achieve individual sales goals that support overall store goals.
• Complete opening and closing procedures as directed by management.
• Locate merchandise effectively and maintain organization in the store.
• Perform register transactions quickly and accurately, handling cash and providing change without error.
• Adhere to loss prevention practices and report potential incidents to management.
• Assist in the preparation for store inventory and maintain a safe work environment.
• Construct merchandising and window displays to enhance store presentation.
• Represent the brand by adhering to dress and grooming standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling, and/or squatting frequently.
• Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.
