The Brand Representative is responsible for achieving individual goals that align with the store's objectives, all while embodying the company's mission of giving back and making a difference.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
• Build relationships with guests to create loyalty.
• Communicate effectively with store management and guests.
• Complete opening and closing procedures as directed by management.
• Locate merchandise effectively and maintain organization.
• Perform register transactions quickly and efficiently.
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash without error.
• Adhere to loss prevention practices and report potential incidents.
• Maintain a safe work environment and report hazards to leadership.
• Assist in the preparation for store inventory.
• Maintain a clean and presentable store environment.
• Assist in constructing merchandising and window displays.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling, and squatting frequently.
• Ability to occasionally climb ladders and stairs, depending on location.
• Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.
