About the position
The Retail Brand Representative role at Julie involves promoting and selling FDA-approved emergency contraception products within assigned CVS and Walgreens stores. The representative will ensure the brand is well-represented, maintain strong relationships with store staff, and provide excellent customer service to enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty. This part-time, contract position offers flexible scheduling and requires travel to various store locations.
Responsibilities
- Promote products within assigned CVS and Walgreens stores, ensuring proper visual representation and stock levels.
- Establish and maintain relationships with Store Managers, Associates, and Pharmacists to promote Julie products.
- Educate store staff about Julie's products to enhance brand awareness.
- Assist with restocking shelves or displays as needed by store teams.
- Conduct market research and provide feedback on customer preferences and trends from store visits.
- Share insights from store teams to develop effective sales initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Attend Retail Field Team Meetings and Monthly 1:1 sessions.
- Account for time, mileage, store visits, and information via the Repsly App.
- Visit all assigned stores bi-weekly, alternating visits each week.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
