About the position
The Temporary Brand Representative will support marketing efforts by installing promotional banners across various locations. This role focuses on enhancing brand visibility and driving customer engagement through effective banner placement and coordination with site managers.
Responsibilities
- Travel to designated locations to install marketing banners according to provided guidelines.
- Ensure proper and secure placement of banners for maximum visibility and brand impact.
- Maintain and organize installation tools and materials.
- Coordinate with site managers and team members to gain access and confirm installation logistics.
- Inspect banners post-installation to ensure quality and make any necessary adjustments.
- Report on completed installations, including photos and feedback from the sites, using Dropbox for documentation.
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role involving promotional material setup or brand representation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physical capability to lift and install banners safely.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between locations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Dropbox for efficient sharing and documentation is a plus.
