About the position

The Brand Specialist (Bilingual, English + Spanish) at Pure Fishing is responsible for delivering exceptional service while managing order processing and accounting workflows. This role involves interacting with consumers and customers through various channels, addressing inquiries and complaints, and contributing to process improvements to enhance service quality. The specialist will work closely with the marketing and brand teams to relay consumer feedback and ensure brand loyalty, all while embodying the values of Pure Fishing.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and enter orders and accounting-related workflows.
• Handle consumer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
• Interact with consumers and customers through various contact center channels including chat, email, social media, and phone calls.
• Apply instructions and promotions to orders as necessary.
• Provide product, price, and availability information to consumers and customers.
• Ensure exceptional service by focusing on consumer/customer needs and timely follow-up.
• Reinforce brand identity through positive interactions in contact center outlets.
• Monitor and report on accounts/brands, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
• Participate in training and provide expertise to co-workers to meet departmental goals.
• Identify and participate in process improvements for better service.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Leadership and team collaboration skills.
• Proficient in data entry and computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and commissions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle various situations.
• Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
