We are seeking a Brand Specialist who will play a crucial role in maintaining the design elements of our brand and enhancing the overall consumer experience. This position involves daily maintenance and development of brand partnerships, executing various marketing promotions, formulating promotion strategies, and creating engaging content. The Brand Specialist will also be responsible for developing and managing media resources, operating social media platforms, and establishing PR channels. The ultimate goal is to enhance our brand's competitiveness and implement brand upgrade projects effectively. In this role, the Brand Specialist will oversee the design, development, and production management of marketing and advertising collateral, both print and digital. This includes creating marketing materials, social media content, email newsletters, promotional items, infographics, videos, and presentations. The Specialist will ensure that all visual communications meet brand standards and deliver consistent, compelling messaging. Collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders is essential to generate new content and elevate marketing campaigns. Additionally, the Brand Specialist will create and manage a comprehensive social media strategy to maximize brand exposure and recognition. This includes planning, content creation, graphic design, and execution across various social media platforms. Project management skills are crucial, as the Specialist will evaluate workflows, manage production deadlines, and track progress. The role also involves developing a library of marketing and brand assets for future reference, ensuring consistency and efficiency in marketing efforts. The Brand Specialist will be expected to produce timely reports and updates on marketing results and activities, demonstrating strong writing and editorial skills. This position requires collaboration with the Marketing and Branding Manager to manage vendor relationships, including agencies and freelance creatives. The Specialist will also assist in managing departmental subscriptions and budgets, ensuring compliance with the company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
