About the position

Ecolab is seeking a Food Safety & Brand Standard Specialist to join its EcoSure division, focusing on food safety and total quality assurance. This role involves conducting on-site evaluations and training to help customers in the food service, long-term care, and hospitality industries maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and guest experience. The position offers a comprehensive training program and opportunities for career advancement within the company.

Responsibilities

• Conduct food safety, brand standard, and workplace health and safety evaluations at customer locations.
• Provide effective customer communication and develop strong relationships with clients.
• Partner with Account Management teams to solve customer challenges.
• Complete a budgeted number of audits each week to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Utilize key industry-leading food safety practices and monitor health inspection information.
• Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology for efficient planning and job functions.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of food service or hospitality industry-related experience; OR completed Associate Degree and 4 years of food service or hospitality industry-related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• A valid driver's license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate.

Nice-to-haves

• NEHA CP-FS, Registered Environmental Health Specialist or Registered Sanitarian credentials.
• Experience in food safety and brand standards evaluations.
• Teaching or coaching experience in a food-related field.
• Relationship management capability and advanced consulting skills.
