About the position
The Brand Steward Associate (BSA) plays a crucial role in maintaining and elevating store presentation standards under the guidance of the Visual Manager. This position focuses on ensuring a high-quality shopping experience for clients by actively engaging in merchandising and visual presentation, while also fostering teamwork and collaboration across various departments.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an Ambassador of store standards, including merchandise on the sales floor and specific Brand requirements.
- Support and follow-through on projects, such as large scale relayering throughout the store.
- Maintain merchandising standards throughout all departments, focusing on key areas like Shoes, Handbags, and Men's Advanced Designer, Sale.
- Support closing routine using the 'close to open' philosophy.
- Foster relationships with Style Advisors to partner in floor presentation and maintenance.
- Act as a liaison between operations and selling teams to enhance the client shopping experience.
- Inspire others with recommendations and build trust quickly with minimal disruption.
- Support fellow Brand Steward Associate trainings.
- Portray a professional and polished demeanor, demonstrating confidence and a positive attitude.
- Perform ad hoc responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
- 1-2 years relevant experience working in retail or other fast-paced environments.
- Strong understanding of Company brand and presentation standards.
- Ability to interact professionally and respectfully with people.
- Flexibility to work opening, late day, holiday, and weekend shifts.
