About the position

The Director of Brand Strategy Operations at CVS Health will lead the development and execution of brand strategies that articulate the CVS Health value proposition. This role involves managing brand integration strategies, overseeing projects like the CVS Healthspire brand rollout, and ensuring that the brand strategy is effectively communicated and adopted across various business units. The position requires strong project management skills, the ability to influence stakeholders, and a commitment to consumer-centricity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy development and ongoing optimization of the CVS Health brand within individual business units.
  • Project manage cross-functional teams on large brand architecture and identity projects, particularly the migration to CVS Healthspire.
  • Develop operational management routines and scorecards to measure brand strength and progress.
  • Advance the adoption of Helping with Heart among colleagues and integrate it into existing processes.
  • Create customer-facing campaigns that enhance loyalty and brand trust.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of brand management or marketing experience with a strong understanding of consumer and B2B audiences.
  • 6+ years of cross-functional leadership experience.
  • 4+ years of retail marketing, RX/Health Services marketing, or retail agency/strategy experience.
