The Brand Success Manager at Franbassador is a pivotal role focused on fostering relationships with franchise brands and ensuring their success within the influencer marketing network. This position involves overseeing the Franbassador Studio app to enhance brand satisfaction and managing a Franchise Development Manager to support candidate nurturing and development systems. The role is designed for a results-driven individual who can effectively communicate the value of Franbassador to franchise brands and optimize their performance through strategic collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Bring new franchise brands into your portfolio through recruiting efforts, including trade shows, expos, LinkedIn messaging, emails, calls, or networking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchise brands to understand their goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with brands to create effective influencer marketing strategies that align with their franchise development initiatives.
  • Oversee the Franbassador app as it relates to the brand's experience, communicating with IT for necessary improvements.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align franchise development efforts with influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Effectively communicate the Franbassador value proposition to existing and emerging franchise brands.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics for brands and prospective candidates, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new franchise brands joining Franbassador.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Franchise Development Experience
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, brand management, or franchise development
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
