About the position

As a Brand Support Manager at Veepee, you will play a crucial role in guiding sellers through the onboarding process, integrating their catalogs, and providing training on our platforms. Your responsibilities will include solving technical issues, assisting with product additions, preparing flash sales, and communicating progress with the sales team. You will also stay updated with technical partners and work on improving documentation and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Explain and guide the seller through their onboarding process to our internal platforms / BO: integration of the catalog in our tools, pieces of training on back offices etc.
  • Find solutions adapted to the seller's profile from a technical point of view.
  • Follow up and communicate on the progression of the onboarding with the Veepee sales team.
  • Resolve and assist sellers through technical problems.
  • Help and assist the seller with regards to the technical part of adding new products to our permanent offer/catalogs.
  • Help and assist the seller with regards to the technical part during the preparation of connected flash and campaigns.
  • Closely follow the updates from our technical partners.
  • Write and update documentation that is shareable internally and with the sellers, and proactively improve our processes.

Requirements

  • Experience in technical support
  • Able to identify and analyze technical issues
  • Experience in the marketplace
  • Good communication, logic, and organization skills
  • Rigorous and proactive profile
  • Fluent in French and English

Nice-to-haves

  • Spanish and/or Italian speakers
