About the position

The Branded Cards and Lending SVP role focuses on managing complex and critical areas within the Compl Bus Control Group, specifically in Escalations, Sales Practices, and Issues Management. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of banking regulations and the ability to engage with various stakeholders to ensure compliance and effective risk management. The role is responsible for delivering a full range of services to the business while maintaining strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of the Escalations Policy, Sales Practices Process, and Issues Management Policy and Process
• Knowledge and understanding of bank regulations - Reg Z, Reg B, etc.
• Regular engagement with both Legal and ICRM for Escalations, Sales Practices, and Issues Management
• Obtain Business/Legal/Compliance approvals
• Follow up with the business and second line of defense to document various Escalation Impact Assessments
• Provide explanation of risk and mitigating controls for the various processes
• Control Execution in accordance with the Manager Control Assessment management routines of assigned processes including procedure manual(s) and records management

Requirements

• 10+ years' experience in Branded Cards Products
• In-depth understanding of the banking financial industry
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
• Project Management Experience
• Bachelor's/University degree / Master's degree preferred
