The North America Monetization Product Strategy & Operations team plays a crucial role in ensuring that US advertisers are inspired, excited, and empowered to partner with TikTok to build their brands. This team acts as a bridge between clients and sales teams on one end, and product and engineering teams on the other. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop go-to-market strategies and activate sales to scale all advertising solutions. The individual will focus on building solutions and products that drive branding advertising revenue for TikTok, particularly through media agency relationships. A deep understanding of brand advertising, measurement solutions, and the online video landscape is essential. The individual will also have expertise in working with large HoldCo agencies, advocating for customer product needs, and empowering sales strategies to strengthen TikTok's relationships with these agencies. The responsibilities include planning, defining, and leading the go-to-market strategy in collaboration with key sales leadership on Agency, which encompasses sales enablement, product positioning, and partnering with cross-functional teams to develop product adoption plans. The individual will work closely with the Sales Agency team to understand user pain points, form business requirements, and prioritize solutions that influence product development. Additionally, the role involves leading market understanding, opportunity assessment, competitive analysis, and customer feedback, representing the vertical and market with Product Management and engineering. A strong understanding of the broader TikTok ecosystem and competitive landscape is necessary to develop strategic feedback and positioning.
