Responsibilities

• Offer hands-on, practical guidance and personalized feedback to students.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to refine class structures, lesson plans, and training drills.
• Introduce advanced techniques and concepts, adapting them to different learning styles and skill levels.
• Foster a positive, respectful dojo culture that motivates students to learn and grow.
• Participate in seminars, workshops, and special events to enrich the community.
• Work closely with management to understand the school's long-term vision and contribute strategic input.
